1 What is the delivery time?
We will arrange the production as soon as possible after we receive the payment . As it is generally the case, it will take about 2-3 weeks to prepare the machines.But sometimes we have to do some adjustment according to the production plan of the manufacture department, so it may take more than 3 weeks.

if new version of banknotes is issued, you can use sampling box to capture the images of new banknotes and email us , our technicians will develop the software for you to update the machine. it is free of charge.
